Club Bylaws

At the all members meeting, held on July 24th, 2020,  The following Board recommended changes were ratified:

BOD changes
Secretary & Treasurer terms changed to 2 years, elected in alternating years.

Secretary will act as President in the event where the President & VP are not available.

BOD officially defined as 4 officers & 6 at-large directors

Board Decision Ratification : At written request of 10% of the the membership, decision by BOD must be ratified through vote of members. 
The vote shall be taken at meeting of members. 

Requests must be made within 14 days of board vote.


Election changes
Online voting may be conducted during a 2 month period before the annual meeting.  

BOD will decide the voting method and communicate to all members 2 weeks prior to voting.

Members in good standing will elect officers for open positions of the coming year before or at the annual meeting.

At the annual meeting, members will be informed of results of the election. 

The elected officials will begin their terms at the conclusion of the meeting. 

Policies & Procedures
Rules for lottery will be set & communicated prior to the start of the point accumulating year. 

Other changes

Website language changed to not specify the actual domain address, but mention a website is maintained by the club.

Current approved logo is updated in document.
