Cold Weather Running
When the temperature drops below 30 degrees, it is a good idea to wear layered clothing. The colder the temperature the more layers you should wear.
Running in Heat
It's a good idea to hydrate prior to running on a hot and humid day.

When running in cold weather, it is a good idea to layer your clothing. The lower the temperature the more layers you will need.
